• We currently deliver only within Nikunjo, Dhaka.

• Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Nikunjo will not be processed.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders placed before 30 minutes are eligible for same-day delivery.

• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered the next day.

• Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

• A flat rate of 50 TK applies for deliveries within Nikunjo.

• Free delivery may be offered during promotional periods or for orders over a certain amount.

4. Delivery Process

• Our delivery team will contact you before arrival.

• If you are unavailable at the delivery time, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

• All perishable items are transported in hygienic and temperature-controlled conditions where necessary.

5. Order Tracking

• Customers will be notified via SMS or phone call about the delivery status.

• Online tracking may be provided in the future.

6. Delays

• Shohoz Bazar is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or traffic issues.
