At Shohoz Bazar, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 24 hours of delivery.
Perishable items (such as fresh meat, fish, and cooked meals) are only eligible for return if delivered in damaged or spoiled condition.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or partially used products
Perishable items not reported as defective at the time of delivery
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchange Policy
If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, we will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:
Contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the process and arrange pick-up if applicable.
